Meet Mike


During my 30 years in the professional cleaning industry, I have worked in the commercial cleaning industry for and with manufacturers, distributors, and small to medium-size building service contractors (BSCs). I have also worked with in-house, unionized custodial staffs of K-12 schools, universities, colleges, and other large, complex venues.

I have experienced—and solved for—the challenges faced by each of these sectors. I meet these challenges with enthusiasm, assessing the specific situation then developing an integrated and comprehensive plan to move from where we are to where we want to go. I map our route using my experiences, knowledge, and skills in the science of cleaning and disinfecting, team building, strategizing, and engineering company cultures. Once the plans are in place, I tenaciously help clients implement them.


I am a senior operation, sales, and business-development leader who enhances efficiency, productivity, and bottom lines. I am a critical and analytical thinker, complex problem-solver, and creative and decisive decision-maker. As a catalyst for positive change, my entrepreneurial drive delivers swift value and “mission-critical” results supported by the development of performance-driven people and teams.


My bachelor’s degree in business administration is from Brock University and my MBA is from McMaster University. I graduated from UL University’s Lean Sigma Green Belt Training, which included mastering Lean and Six Sigma methodology, and I am a Cleaning Industry Management Standard-ISSA Certified Expert
